In a horrific accident in Andhra Pradesh last night, five people, including a woman, were crushed by a train after they got off another train that had stopped after pulling the chain. One person was severely injured and is now undergoing treatment at a local hospital.

According to officials, the five were passengers on the Secunderabad-Guwahati Superfast Express, which had stopped midway at a village in Srikakulam district. They got off the train and were on the next railway track when they were run over by the Bhubaneshwar-bound Konark Express coming from the opposite direction.
