BJP MP Baijyant Panda, who is leading Group 1 of the all-party delegation tasked with carrying India’s message of zero tolerance against terrorism to key global partners, addressed the media following a high-level briefing by Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri and his team.

Speaking to reporters, Panda said, “We had a very fruitful briefing from the Foreign Secretary and his team. We covered a wide range of issues.” He emphasized the importance of the unified political front being presented through the initiative. “The unity we have seen across the spectrum in India is very vital, and there is an understanding and a commitment to take our message to the world,” he added.

The delegation is part of India’s ongoing diplomatic push to expose cross-border terrorism and highlight its counter-terrorism efforts, particularly in the wake of Operation Sindoor, which targeted terror infrastructure across the border. The briefings are meant to ensure that all delegations are aligned on facts, messaging, and strategy as they represent India internationally.

Panda’s remarks reflect the significance of bipartisan cooperation in national interest and underscore India’s intent to project a cohesive narrative globally on matters of security and sovereignty.
