BJP MP Jagdambika Pal has lauded the Indian Army’s recent operations, highlighting a targeted strike on terrorist camps across the border following a deadly attack on Indian civilians.

Addressing the media, Pal said, “After the ceasefire, PM Modi went to Adampur Air Base to boost the morale of our security forces. Today, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh met with the Army in Srinagar.”

Referring to the May 6–7 military action, Pal stated, “They [Pakistani terrorists] killed our people after asking their religion. But on the night of 6–7 May, our army targeted only their terrorist headquarters.”

He added, “It is true that they killed based on religion, and we responded not out of hatred, but to punish them for their misdeeds.”

The comments come amid heightened tensions following the recent terrorist attacks and India's retaliatory strikes, which the government says were aimed strictly at militant infrastructure.
