BJP MP Nishikant Dubey Slams Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah Over Remarks on Pahalgam Attack

  • April 28, 2025, 4:33 p.m.

Reacting strongly to Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s recent statement regarding the Pahalgam terror attack, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey said, "Whether Siddaramaiah is a patriot or a traitor, people should find it out." Speaking to the media, Dubey questioned Siddaramaiah's stance, implying that his comments were against the spirit of national unity during a time of crisis.

Dubey emphasized that he had full faith in the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, and dismissed the need to seek any clarification from Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.

He criticized Congress leaders for making statements that, according to him, only serve to weaken the country’s position at a time when unity is essential. "We are witnessing who stands with the nation and who stands against it," Dubey said.

Amid nationwide outrage over the Pahalgam terror attack, BJP leaders have intensified their attack on Congress, accusing it of playing divisive politics. Dubey’s remarks reflect the BJP’s broader narrative demanding responsible behavior from opposition leaders during a time of national grief and determination.
