Delhi Police Registers Case After Actress Accuses YouTuber Of Alleged Harrasment

An unmistakable entertainer as of late documented a grumbling claiming that a Twitter client and YouTube powerhouse has been coursing a few messages via online media stages fully intent on offending her unobtrusiveness. As per a tweet by ANI, the entertainer supposedly said that the guilty party utilized some hashtags and circled them about some film scenes. The entertainer being referred to has done some widely praised films and never avoids offering her political viewpoints. 

The tweet by the news organization refered to Delhi Police who asserted that a criminal case has been enrolled under IPC Sec 354D (following), 509 (Word, motion or act expected to affront the unobtrusiveness of a lady), and sec 67 of IT Act (Punishment for distributing or sending revolting material in electronic structure).

As per different media reports, the Delhi Police enlisted a criminal case at the Vasant Kunj North police headquarters on October 10. Agent Commissioner of Police (southwest) Gaurav Sharma said the entertainer claimed that a 'YouTube force to be reckoned with' was flowing messages in regards to the star and undermining her picture in the public eye. Police authorities are researching the situation, the report in the news organization added.

The Delhi Police enrolled a criminal argument against the Twitter client and YouTuber under a few segments of the Indian Penal Code and IT Act. The case was enrolled under IPC Sec 354D (following), 509 (Word, signal, or act expected to affront the humility of a lady), and area 67 of IT Act, a report in ANI said.
