Music maestro AR Rahman’s eldest daughter and musician Khatija Rahman on Sunday introduced her engagement to Riyasdeen Shaik Mohamed. Khatija Rahman, who's in her 20s, took to Instagram and shared a photo collage of herself with Mohamed, a legitimate engineer.The duo were given work on December 29.

"With the advantages of the Almighty, I’m glad to announce to you all my engagement to Riyasdeen Shaik Mohamed @riyasdeenriyan, an aspiring entrepreneur and a wizkid audio engineer. The engagement passed off on twenty ninth, my birthday inside the presence of close own family and loved ones," she wrote as the caption. As quickly as she shared the news, Neeti Mohan, Nisa Shetty and others congratulated the couple.
