The petition asked for a court order requiring St Stephen's College to accept students to its "unreserved seats" of undergraduate courses solely on the basis of their performance on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) exam, as required by DU.
The statements were made before the HC bench by attorneys for the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) and the film's producer.
