Prime Location in Lutyens’ Delhi

Nitish Kumar has been assigned a residence at 9 Sunehri Bagh, a prominent address in the high-security Lutyens’ zone of the national capital.

The area houses several top leaders and is considered one of the most prestigious and secure residential zones in India.

  • Lawns, garages, and staff quarters
  • Advanced security infrastructure

Security Upgraded to Z+ Category
