Prime Minister Modi and Vietnam’s Pham Minh Chinh Forge New Agreements in Delhi

The signing ceremony reflects the deepening of strategic ties between India and Vietnam, driven by shared interests and mutual benefits. Both leaders expressed their commitment to furthering cooperation and exploring new avenues for collaboration.
