Zee Entertainment Enterprises has dropped its executive gathering planned for October 27, the media organization has said in a trade recording.
In a stock trade documenting, the organization said its executive gathering to consider and support the association's monetary outcomes for the subsequent quarter has been dropped because of absence of majority.
"This is to advise that a gathering regarding the Board of Directors of the Company, which was booked to be hung on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, bury alia, to consider and endorse the unaudited monetary consequences of the Company both on independent and solidified reason for the second quarter and half year finished September 30, 2021, has been dropped because of absence of majority," the organization said on October 25.
The organization said that the following date of the gathering will be reported with a new notification.
"Further, the Trading Window for managing in protections of the Company which stands shut from October 1, 2021, in compatibility of Company's Insider Trading Code, will stay shut till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-reviewed monetary consequences of the Company for the second quarter and half year finished September 30, 2021," the trade documenting added.
