Yogi Adityanath to Kick Off 6,750 Crore Electronics Investments During Noida Visit

Date:

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will inaugurate multiple projects in Yamuna City today. CM Yogi is on a visit to the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) area today, where he will inaugurate multiple projects for two major electronics companies worth around 6,750 crore rupees. Apart from this inauguration, he will also review and visit the other development-related projects in the region.

Two Major Electronics/Telecom Projects in the YEIDA Area

The administration and YEIDA have finalised all arrangements and security protocols for CM Yogi’s visit. The Chief Minister will first inspect the Electronics Manufacturing Cluster (EMC) developed in Sector-10 of Yamuna City, Greater Noida. Following this, he will inaugurate the industrial unit of Ascent Circuits Private Limited.

Established at a cost of approximately ₹3,220 crore, this project will manufacture flexible PCBs, High-Density Interconnect (HDI) PCBs, and semiconductor components. This project is expected to give a new direction to the electronics and semiconductor industry in the state.

Industrial Investment by Amber Enterprises

The Chief Minister will also lay the foundation stone for an ambitious project by Amber Enterprises India Limited in Sector-8. Spanning 100 acres with an investment of approximately ₹3,532 crore, this unit will manufacture copper-clad laminates, PCB assemblies, computer electronics, and home appliances. These ventures are expected to significantly boost industrial activity in the region and create thousands of direct and indirect employment opportunities.

Major Expansion of Electronics Manufacturing

The project is part of a key industrial development initiative—an Electronics Manufacturing Cluster—being developed with the support of the Central Government. Approximately ₹417 crore is being spent on its development, with the Central Government contributing ₹144 crore. Land has already been allotted to Havells to serve as an anchor unit in the area. The government aims to develop this region into a major electronics manufacturing hub.
