After the massive success of Karmayogi Awaas Yojana phase 1 and 2, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the third phase of its flagship housing scheme, the Karmayogi Awaas Yojana. This scheme is specially launched only for the serving and retired government employees.
What is Karmayogi Awaas Yojana
DDA launched the Karmayogi Awaas Yojana for the first time in December 2025 in Pocket 9, Sector A1 to A4, Narela. This scheme got a massive response from the government employees, and on the first day of its launch, DDA sold around 700 flats, which was considered a miracle given the previous schemes launched by the DDA in the Narela area. Only the permanent government staff can book their flat in this scheme.
Karmayogi Awaas Yojana Phase 2 and 3
After the success of phase 1, DDA launched phase 2 in pocket 6, which also got a massive response from the government employees and on the first day of its launch, more than 400 flats sold out. After this, DDA has now launched the third phase of Karmayogi Awaas Yojana, and it is expected that this phase 3 will also be a hit.
Karmayogi Awaas Yojana Phase 3
DDA included pocket 13 of sectors A1 to A4 in the third phase. Sectors A1 to A4 are the most prime sectors of Narela, and it is rising as a leading sector in the Narela area. DDA included 1552 flats under the third phase. Out of these 1552 flats, 424 flats are 1 bhk, 776 flats are 2 bhk, and 352 flats are 3 bhk. Booking will open from the 1st of June 2026. For booking, a registration of 2500 rupees is required and booking can be done on eservices.dda.org.in
Booking And Price Details
For a 1 bhk flat, 50,000 rupees will be the booking amount, and the price of the 1 bhk flat will be around 33 lakhs rupees. For 2 bhk flats, the booking amount will be 4 lakh rupees, and the price of the 2 bhk flat will be between 75.55 to 83.92 lakh. For 3 bhk flats, the booking amount will be 10 lakh rupees, and the price of the 3 bhk flats will be between 106.79 and 119.61. Parking will also be provided with these flats
