BJP MP Jagdambika Pal Accuses Tejashwi Yadav of Misleading People on Election Commission

BJP MP Jagdambika Pal launched a sharp attack on RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, accusing him of spreading lies against the Election Commission of India (ECI). Pal said Yadav, along with Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, has been making baseless allegations without presenting any proof.

“Tejashwi Yadav is misleading the entire country and speaking outright lies. After the allegations made by him or Rahul Gandhi against the Election Commission, the Election Commission asked them for evidence, but they did not provide it,” Pal said.

The BJP leader further reminded that opposition parties, including Rahul Gandhi, Tejashwi Yadav, and Akhilesh Yadav, had a history of blaming Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) whenever they lost elections. “Earlier, when Rahul Gandhi, Tejashwi Yadav, Akhilesh Yadav used to lose elections, they would blame the EVM. This time, the same narrative is being repeated,” he added.

Pal alleged that the real motive behind the opposition’s statements was linked to illegal voters. He claimed that in Bihar, the issue was not about voter lists or Special Revision (SIR) drives, but about the names of Rohingyas, Bangladeshis, and illegal foreigners being removed from the electoral rolls.

“These people know that if these votes are cut, they will lose by 9 AM. That is why they are creating this narrative,” he said, accusing the INDIA bloc of attempting to undermine the credibility of India’s democratic institutions.

The remarks come amid a heated political war of words between the BJP and opposition parties over the Election Commission’s functioning, fairness, and transparency ahead of upcoming elections.
