On the occasion of World Environment Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a unique initiative, ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’, aimed at promoting environmental consciousness and encouraging tree plantation across the nation.
The meeting between the two leaders, held in the heart of the nation’s capital, is seen as a reaffirmation of the strong ties and mutual respect that exist between the Prime Minister’s Office and the Vice-President’s Office.
A ‘Smriti Sabha’ was held in Delhi to pay tribute to the late Sushil Kumar Modi, the former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar. The event saw the presence of several prominent figures, including BJP National President JP Nadda.
