In a judgement last year, the Swiss Supreme Court stated that "information gained through administrative help may only be used for tax objectives stipulated in the agreement" in accordance with the "principle of specialisation."
This came just one day after Suhail Sameer responded to a post on the professional networking site Linkedin in which he claimed Grover "stole money" from BharatPe.
Ashneer Grover had left BharatPe, claiming that he had been forced to leave the company he founded.
