With an 18-point fall on the SGX Nifty, the broader index in India is set for a cautious start.
On Tuesday, Indian stocks are expected to open flat to negative as global rivals trade mixed. The SGX Nifty Futures, a leading predictor of the Nifty50's performance, slipped to 17,517, down 1.75 points or 0.01 percent, at 6:50 a.m., indicating a flat start for the domestic market. Nasdaq is up 3% today, Brent crude is unchanged at $91, and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will introduce the Union Budget 2022 in Parliament today.
